“BAM-Mode, dit is Belgisch”
Atelier Nadar - Poètes du nord - les salons
THESE LIPS ARE MADE FOR KISSING
only to say how do you do. And introduce my self to you.
BAM came as a free supplement to the fashion magazine ‘Mode, dit is Belgisch’ somewhere mid 80’s and was published by The Belgian institute for confection and textiles. BAM is the battle cry of what lives and works in Belgium in the fields of fashion, graphics, photography and styling.
The mag is styled by a young Walter Van Beirendonck and includes presentations from the, back then recently graduated students such as Dries van Noten, Walter Van Beirendonck, Ann Demeulemeester, Dirk Bikkembergs and many more. The magazine tells more about the young upcoming designers, about les salons and their collections and presentations.
